Faith and Hope

If I could only describe this book with one word, that word would be HOPE.
How I lost My Fear of Death and How You Can Too is frank but reasoned look at one of the great questions of mankind’s existence. Without condemnation the author, Jack McElroy takes the reader on a panoramic survey of world religions and their view of life, death and the afterlife. Written from a Biblical worldview this book explains the wonderful reassurance found in simple faith.

Great Evangelistic Tool!

This short book is a concise and excellent presentation of the Gospel. Jack masterfully compares the religions of the world as well as famous philosophers to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I highly recommend it as an evangelism tool and will be ordering a case of this books for our church family to give to their non-Christian friends.

Very interesting book.

This book wasn't what I thought. I didn't know that he was going to discuss the different religions and their beliefs. This was interesting. By the time I finished the book, I saw his answer and I have already done this. I think my fear of death is, or was, something else. The author does put the fear of death in a different perspective.
